BEEF
The Purple Coiw stocks a full range of pasture fed beef that is locally produced and specialize in breaking up the meat in store. We also stock a full range of boxed meat which includes the brands Cape Byron angus, Hereford true, Kilcoy Pastrol and AMH.
Lamb
All of the lamb that is sold in our shop is pasture fed and fattened on fodder to give it the finnishing touch. We do a range of products with our lamb including seasoned legs of lamb, lamb loin chops, Gourmet lamb rosemary & mint sausages, BBQ lamb chops and also lamb packs whole, half and quater.
Pork
The Purple Cow has a wide array of Pork produced and sourced locally. Legs of pork, pickled pork, pork loin chops & hams that are prepared and smoked on premises are just some of the range of pork that is availbible.
